I was wondering if anyone here practices martial arts on top of T-Tapping. I am considering taking a self defense class which involves some martial arts. I'm doing it more for the mental discipline involved. My biggest obstacle with consistantly sticking to T-tapp is I let stuff "get to me" - and then I get upset and just freeze and weeks will go by and I will be unproductive in everything. I was just wondering if anyone did martial arts along with T-tapp.
I am hoping this does not prove to be counter productive. Also, after the first month (should I decide to join) I think I will know if the mental disciplining is there.
