OK... Now I'm experiencing a new kind of pain in my lower abdomen. I'm not sure if it's a bad thing or not so I thought I'd better check with you....
I'm waiting for my tapes to arrive so I've been doing the exercises shown in WW. The leg bending one is the one I'm refering to.
It's not a horrible pain, it's along the lines of menstrual cramps. Is this normal and am I doing the exercise correctly.
Those tapes can't get here fast enough... I'm a visual person! Thanks.
