I only do T-tapp! Unless it's something I LOVE, like taking a dance class of some kind. And then, the only reason I would do that is because it's fun, and not for health reasons.
Ok, silly question here, but If I DO have adrenal fatigue, how will I know that I'm improving? Will doing T-tapp be enough to take care of it?
You know, the thought of going to BWO+ and doing 4 reps sounds very nice! It makes it a little less intimidating (when I'm not feeling like doing it), so I think that's what I needed!
