I kept my feet at 11 and 1. What a difference that made. It was definitely easier to keep the butt-tuck. I'll watch the tight thighs while tucking because I *really* don't want big thighs!
Okay, I am convinced. T-Tapping barefoot does not give me the same muscle workout as wearing my new Skechers Energy. Whoo! I will never Tapp without shoes again.
