KLC14- I decided to try GM/MM because it is actually something that I need to do. I need to start eating healthy and so does my kids. I am a real picky eater. I get bored fast so 2 days on and 1...
Can some give me an example of a GM/MM day that is easy to follow. I would like to get started but I find it hard to decide on what to eat. I am not a big meat eater.
