Down 3 pounds after 2 weeks..yeah! I wanted to lose 4 by sounds wedding on Friday which I have accumulated since Christmas and I could not lose them...up and down for months. It was frustrating...
How are you doing? It is working well for me. Got the book...it is so technical, I find it a hard read
