On the flat back part of PBS your main focus should be on keeping shoulder to shoulder, hip to shoulder and hip to hip alignment and surely KLT. Arch the tummy to the ceiling and tighten the butt....
Kim, whatever as long as you do them. You can do them twice a day or do all the reps you want in one go. I would normally do 3 variations in one go in the evening.

1) Lift ribs up and away from the hips
2) Lift shoulders up to the ears and then press them straight back
3) Bring the shoulders down using your lats
4) Lock the lats
