I don't have a remedy as such, but I have noticed when I don't eat junk food chips, cookies etc. I don't seem to be bothered as much by them.
As soon as I have them they are back.
Do you just put the mag oil on feet or belly or all .
Tried it on my arms , was sure stinging! Don't feel it on my feeet.

AD-Ex was just short for adrenal exaushion or burnout. You can not push it you will crash!
Better to stay slow and steady and finish the race!
When I had AD Ex, I was told when you first wake up to stay in bed for an extra 10 to 15 min ( you can get up for the bathroom if you have to) then lie down again.
That even that could help...
