I broke my neck 5 years ago today and used T-Tapp to rehab. I always do my neck turns and side to side slower, lifting tall. I have found Senior Fit to be even more amazing for my neck :)

Yes, slowing down focus on curling the core and lifting ribs, activating lats are key. Lifting ribs through out the day is very helpful :) And Senior Fit is awesome.
