And kick out as often as you need--I STILL kick out after each move, between sides, between sets of Plies. And doing fewer reps is quite acceptable!...
I just found that sometimes the full PBS wore me out vs. helped. I used to just do the MORE version, but now the HHMM spinal stretch is even better....
I'm on a mission to learn what works for my body. T-Tapp is the most different way of working out I've ever done. I've learned to much about form, lymphatic movement, and how this excersise is such a necessary part of taking care of my health.
