I have to agree with you, Tempo Lower Body/standing is a tough workout. Though, it does bring awesome results!
I think my favorite workout is Tempo Torso. I can really feel my torso being "chiseled" away!
And thanks for praying for my Mom......we just got word that the baby is perfectly fine! It is just small and they got some sort of shadow making the baby's head seem like a triangle. We are so happy!
