Thanks. It was so nice to meet you and so much fun (but also a good workout) to do the clinic with everyone. Isn't Trisch nice? So warm and generous. I really enjoyed myself and although the workout was much, much longer than I have been doing (basic workout the first month, now total workout) it was not as hard and I didn't sweat as much. My knees were really sore later though and I did learn a tremendous amount to tweak my form!

I'll let you know if Michelle comes to Cedar Point. I'm not sure if I can afford to do the class now however. My husband is unemployed and we are most likely going to have to move out of state for a new job somewhere.
