    Thank you for the Friend Request! I saw some of the pictures from retreat and it really made me 'home sick' for Safety Harbor! No, I am not from there, but have spent time at two wonderful retreats as part of the BBC.

Biography:
I have battled with being a "bigger" size almost all my life. I have tried EVERYTHING that is out there to help me lose weight and tone up. I even tried the Biggest Loser's workout DVDs and Jillian Michals 30 day shred! Talk about intense! But I never budged...very depressing! A time ago my mom came across T-Tapp, and she order the book, Fit and Fabulous, for herself. I started reading the testimonials and I thought "wow, these are real women AND men!" So, I got the Instructionals and I have been tapping ever since!!
