I have just completed the 14 day bootcamp... I took yesterday off as my day of rest and was now starting every other day for 5 weeks. I was awakend at 3 am with such sharp pain in my upper left rib just under the bra line. I really was scared as I couldn't roll over without a lot of pain I was able to get up take some advil and breath and do a slight primary back stretch. I really feel like someone hit me in the rib with a bat. I want to do my workout today but i am afraid of the pain. When i breath slowly it seams to be easy up. Any suggestions to what i should do or what i may have done wrong?
