Not sure how to do all this PM stuff, but here is a try.
Thanks for the encouraging message about certs. I was very surprised about how many I got certified for, 25! I could feel your prayers and the ones offered my many others. Isn't it nice to have such support and fellowship through Him!

Theo was about to bust to list step-by-step how to make the airsoft grenade. but I was not sure if the T-Tapp PM was the best place to send it.

I've injured my feet and have decided to only do floor work for a while. This happened about 4 months ago and I was training for certs right in the middle of it. Now that it is all over, I'm going to 'hit the floor'. What workouts do you do and how do you very them? I really like Senior Fit! Can't wait until it come out for purchase.

Wow what a beautiful smile you have! I read your post on setting up a schedule, and it was almost as though I had written it! I am also a More to Lose, but I have only been at it two weeks. I'm going to print the schedule Trisch made for you and use it myself.
