I just saw your message today... the one you sent yesterday. I don't think to check for messages because I don't usually have any!
I'm keeping up with my smoothies. I added a little kale yesterday and today. I'd rather ease into it and not regret it. I've also been mixing in hemp hearts after my smoothie is all blended. I don't think I'd care for ginger root in my smoothies, but then again, I don't care much for ginger! It's not something I use, but if I eat something prepared with it I'm OK with it as long as it isn't overpowering. I'd like to try mint in my smoothies but haven't found any yet.
How's the tapping going?
