Hello to all. sorry if I miss your writtings but .. I don't get any notifications anymore. Everything is in place (email address, etc.) but.. it hasn't work for the past year or so. So I'll guess that the best thing is to send me an email, not a Private Message or here on Visitor's message in case i don't see it soon enough. Hope everyone is doing good --- sending love !! <3

Johanne, I am experiencing some adrenal funk.... I don't think I am going to the certs or the retreat (unless my sister and/or I win(s) the 60 Days Challenge). There is no sense for me to try to do 10 workouts over 1 week when I can currently do BWO+ equivalent once every 3 days.

so... once again the system ate my message.. okay so on a short post, I might go to the retreat or the certs. Are you going to the retreat or just the certs ? and Aurora ?

I have pretty good students at my weekly classes, and am loving meeting T-Tappers at my clinics! Nothing like having a job you LOVE along with good people to work with!

Thanks to all the people who put in place Safety Harbor for us to have fun and learn with ease during this retreat.

As promise for the past 2 years, I've met Trish, I've met Michelle, Teresa and many others. Promise respected

Will be 2 years on January 20th that I started T-Tapp and even if I'm not consistent as we use the word, I am in my heart as I know it is so much more than just doing some workouts regularily. It is the LOVING ATTITUDE that comes to my mind when I think of T-Tapp. I am consistent with that attitude (and with teasing Michelle for any reason ) Thank you for all the love I felt during the retreat.
