Hi Bridget. I haven't seen you around for a long time. How are you? Are you still Tapping? Been thinking about you. I really enjoyed meeting you at Safety Harbor and miss you on the forum. You have such a dry wit. So fun! Terry (TjeCan)

Bridget, you look great! I looked at mine and said-what happened to "ribs up"? I have been using your breathing tip and have lost an inch in the ribs since I have been home.

Did you talk to Teresa about starting training? I think you would be a terrific trainer-so down to earth and very descriptive! I loved "skinny up like a dog"! Never heard that one but got the visual!

Dr. Rob's and Mary's talk got me moving. I set up an appointment with a doctor here in town who has a nurse practitioner who has been doing hormone and nutrition work for 12 years. They had an appointment on Monday and I jumped on it! I am very excited. This is the only office in town that does this work and they are on my new insurance. What a God thing that is!

Hey Maylady! I just saw your note today...I am not sure how I miss those. I guess I need to check my "wall" more often. 4 girls!? That is great! How old are they? How long have you been t-tapping? I would love to chat more with you. Are you on facebook? Let me know if so & we can be "friends" there and chat.

I just did step away the inches and am so out of breath! What t-tapp workouts do you enjoy? How do you fit them in?

I do. I will dig it up and put it on when my computer savy son gets home. I am still struggling with this Mac. It is all new to me.
