    Hi Jill! The pictures in your album -- you look even younger than when I was at your clinic a few years ago! So pretty! I haven't been very good at doing T-Tapp consistently,...I'm still the same size I was then, probably even a little bit bigger... *sigh* But I'm back, jumping in with both feet! I would love to go to Safety Harbor for a retreat, and I want to be closer to my goal by then!

    Been tapping since August. Bless the heart of whomever thought the idea of putting Charlotte's pic in Woman's Day mag. All my friends have noticed the change in my body. I have finally been able to let up a bit in the diet scene which was driving me up a wall. Still working on the neurokinetic link and correct form.

    After the trainers' retreat, I started finding the BWO+ a bit too quick so I was using MORE and that was cool in the sense that it allows me to focus much more on the form. But, I was getting scared of gaining weight or it not being demanding enough and I don't want to start looking fat or soft. Soooooo today I jumped back to the BWO+ and loved the feeling of it giving orders to my body. You know what I mean?
