Someone started a thread with their fav quotes. There is one by you that I want to post, but I want to get it right. It was advice to yourself when you don't feel like working out. It goes something like this - ...thanks for your opinion, now lace up your shoes and let's workout. Would you please share it in it's proper form for me?

Monica I have been T-Tapping since March and I have a difficult time with taking days off. In my mind I don't think I will lose not working out everyday. If I do a full workout 3 to 4 days a week is this too much? I greatly appreciate any suggestions you could give me.
