Magnesium Oil should not be used in the salt soak. You should do salt soak/bath/mask first, then use mag oil after to push those minerals in.

john5 - yes, the mask for about 20 minutes is basically equivalent to doing a salt bath.

How can the salt bath be done if I don't have a tub?

You can do a mask--grind 1-2 TB of the dead sea salt finer (I use a mini-chopper). I take a cup with that to the shower and add just enough aloe vera gel to dissolve the salt, slather on and leave on for 10-20 minutes. I have recently added about 1/4 cup of the salt to about 3/4 cup aloe vera gel in a bottle and let it dissolve. Then I use the liquid out of that and slather on.

After you shower it off, be sure to use a good, natural lotion. I like to use shea or mango butter mixed with Teresa's Skin Saver Body lotion or almond oil.
