  • cold-pressed castor oil - where do I get this???

I want to make a castor oil pack - but my HFS doesn't have castor oil, it only carries castor soap. I then found castor oil at Walgreens, but it is not cold-pressed. Next stop: Whole Foods. If WF doesn't have Cold-pressed oil, where else can I look? [u]</u>

Vitacost has a pretty quick, flat rate, $4.99 shipping, so if there are others things you need, save your gas!

Lucky for me, our local grocery store stocks it in the organic section. I probably buy a bottle a month to give to someone.

If you can't find it locally, Joan also sells it. You could add it to your mag. oil order.

Also, make certain the cloth you are using is 100% natural fibers. Cotton, wool, etc. You want the high vibration of the natural fibers to aid in healing!!
