  • God-made/Man-made meal plans?

    Could anyone, who is following this way of eating, post a sample day of GM eating please? I want to eat this way but I'm struggling a little. Thanks!

    Have you seen the GM thread on the nutrition forums?
    A very quick idea:
    Breakfast: 1/2 cup real oatmeal, 1/2 grapefruit
    Lunch: Pick one of the dishes from the GM thread add veggies and or fruit. Perhaps some cottage cheese.
    Supper: Pick another one of the main dishes again add veggie and or fruit to complete your meal.

    The GM thread even has dessert ideas. The link to the thread is below my name
