  • Phluffing the Girls!

I am preparing for my first themography experience, and I came across this article that I am sure Venus DeMarco could appreciate. It reminds me of what she talked about at the retreat a few years ago. The discreet demonstrations on this page can help you to see how to keep the lymph flowing in the breast area. This is just another confirmation of how T-Tapp supports breast health as it initiates the free movement of lymph in this highly lymphatic area of our female bodies. The combination of Teresa's well-designed movements and these simple and intentional "routines" can be a winning combination for all of us women!

As this article states, we would do well to remember to phluff the girls daily.

Thanks for sharing. I always ache and swell before my cycle. I am going to try this and see if it relieves my symptoms. I also think I'm probably wearing too small of bras...but maybe it is just swelling!

redG, I own a slightly larger bra to wear pre-TOM so I don't crush my water-retaining chest. Maybe something to try? Gentle brushing helps me with the 'heavy' feeling.

I'm amazed at how less achy my girls feel! I just started this a few days ago when Linda shared it. I've been having some "congestion" of sorts in my right bre*ast, and it feels a bit better already! Thank you SO much for sharing, Linda!

Oh, so glad to hear good reports. You make me want to be more consistent myself, though I don't have tenderness issues. Praise God! I've got plenty of other hormone issues, just not that one. Anyway, I remember a friend trying all sort of things years back for terrible bre*ast tenderness that she experienced as she aged. I believe she finally settled on marshallow root as something that gave her relief. That is another route, perhaps, for those that might need the extra something.

UpUp - thanks for the suggestions! I used to own such a bra...but it became a tight one too! Time to start reversing the trends. ;-)

I have brushed and phluffed the last two days I am noticing a difference. Now - do you all think this magic nerium would reduce stretch marks from 5 years of breast-feeding? (not all the same child ;-) )

I did my Oncology Massage training with Cheryl Chapman, the creator of the "Phluff the Girls" method. She's also written an excellent book titled, "The Happy Breast Book," a very fun read! Cheryl taught us phluffing during the training, and I've done it consistently for the past 7 months. Result? Less dense, lighter breasts that don't ache and sag! Phluffing, combined with the incredible lymphatic benefits of T-Tapp, has helped lift my breasts, and I have less upper back pain, less "pulling" on my neck and chest, easier breathing, etc. I teach this to many of my female massage clients, all of my female relatives and friends and anyone who will listen. Then I tell them about the wonderful benefits of T-Tapp and what it's done for me...and they're sold! : )

Thank you so much for posting this!! I really needed something like this!!

But, now that I have read the article I am actually not sure of what I am suppose to be doing. Does anyone know if there is a video out there on this? (this is why I had to buy the t-tapp videos after reading the book -lol)
