I had someone tell me over the weekend that I shouldn't ever count on having a flat stomach because it just isn't possible to lose the "pooch". Granted, I haven't had a flat stomach since childhood - even in my teen years I had a little belly but is it really NOT possible to achieve a flat stomach? I can feel those ab muscles working and I'm really hoping that'll help burn that extra fat right off! Am I hoping for too much?
