  • Diva derriere?

It mention's J.Lo's butt there.Surely, it doesn't give u a butt like hers??? It's huge...How exactly does it work? Because I want to reduce the size of my butt...especially on the sides.

Really depends on your body type. As a short torso no matter how often I would do DD I'd never have a JLo booty. It will lift, tighten and tone all behinds. It builds muscle in the way your body type is meant to be. The best booty you can have for your shape. I no longer have quite as flat a bottom as in the past but certainly not a bubble butt!

Diva derriere. Does exactly what it says. If you are faithful about doing this, your butt will definitely change. Great shape, less cellulite, more tone, etc. Great for those wanting to wear those bathing suits.

I love this move, although sometimes it BURNS. But, we want to burn those butts.

When doing this move, it is critical to do the moves correctly to get the desired results. Being in the EXACT position as in the DVD is sooooooooooo important. Pay close attention to your body positioning. When I work with my clients, they think they are doing it correctly, but they are off on positioning. Seems to be easy on this move. Makes such a difference. If you can't get through the entire move, just start. After awhile, you will be able to DO IT.

      Let's BURN those BUTTS.

A ? on DD... I've been having some neck pain lately and have gone back to my old chiropractor for adjustments. Until it's stabilized, I don't want to situate myself so that I'm propping up/pushing on my my head/neck, while my body is laterally on the floor. Can DD be done just as effectively with the head more flat, on a bent arm? I did this yesterday, and it didn't seem to involve as much of a burn as usual.
        Thanks for any input!

Somewhere around here recently said you could do it with a pillow. Can't find who or where it was said....

Yes, you can lie your head on your extended arm, it will take the pressure off of your neck and still be effective.
