  • What really has worked to firm up breasts?

Short of surgery, what have you found successful in perking up saggy breasts? Mine are a DD and have never been firm. I've begun to brush 2x a day several days a week and see maybe the slightest difference in one of them.
Has anything worked for the rest of you, especially those of you with larger breasts?

Brushing will really help! This is a post fron Lauren from the ttapp office:

A great sequence to do every morning for uplifting, tightening and toning of the "pectoral muscles":

Don't let shoulder shift forward (meaning in front of hip)!!!!

    Perk a C or Bigger:
    Always start with PBS
    Butterflies normal...
Plies (cross your heart not above the head, hold the squat)
    Butterflies again with Plies squat
Head Rock, Roll up back in alignment
    Tricep Curls

    Perk a B:
    PBS
Plies (cross your heart, hold squat) - no reach scoop or jazz twist
    Butterflies in squat
Head Rock, Roll up back in alignment
    Tricep Curls

    From T herself ladies!!

      More stuff from Lauren

"Brush from shoulder to center of the chest, half circle under the breast, little strokes from center of the breast up.

To get rid of sagging breasts: Tighten your pectoral muscles and lats (in the back) everytime you are doing the Arms Sequence or Plies. Especiallly when the arms come in towards the front of your body and up (remember, behind the ear)."

      ------------------------------------------------------------------

and this was a great post with a brushing sequence from Laura that got great results from brushing:

"The brushing routine I use is as follows:

While lifting up one breast, use strong upward strokes on the outside of the breast (I use 8-10). Then I do the same for the middle and inside parts. I then do the same thing on the other breast, and I end with upward strokes right in the middle of my chest (right between my breasts). I read a thread here once that stated that the reason that brushing works is that it stimulates the muscles under the skin and strengthens them. My breasts look better from brushing than they did from 30 years of weightlifting.

Hope this information helps you, too.

      Laura H"

I don't have large breast but will add my input. I have much perkier breast since doing Tempo Arms. It is a great tape for arms but the side effect has been even greater for my breast. They are firmer and higher than before. I will also echo keeping shoulders in line with the hips.
