Actually, you can tell everyone! We have just released a Behind The Scenes version of program showing on public television. It contains the footage used to create our show and
a lot of other stuff too-- including 10 minutes of exercise that are part of our upcoming Senior Fit dvd that ended up on the cutting room floor!
Everyone is chomping at the bit for Senior Fit -- me included! We've had to jump through some enormous hoops with our insurance company but we've finally gotten approvals,
we've done the filming, and now we are editing (the long, slow part in a dark room) but it's going to be great!

In the meantime, you can get the Behind The Scenes show and start learning some of the new moves. You'll feel like you're in the studio with us! This is the only place to see the
show airing on public television unless you tape it! The program was not included in any of the pledge packages and like I said, you also get the meaty stuff -- some of the new
Senior Fit exercise -- no one else has seen.
