Movement Matters for Hormone Health Too!

This is so exciting I can barely stand it, we have negotiated with Public Broadcasting (PBS) and they are filming a fund drive program featuring T-Tapp for national television distribution!!

You all know that education and understanding “the why” is so important to me so I’m ecstatic that we’ll be getting national exposure via a group so dedicated to quality programming that educates and elevates – and in turn we can help them fund quality programming. It’s a win-win!

We’ll have four different levels of promotional packages and one of them will include a new program called Healthy Hormones: Brain-Body Fitness, Mary Shomon is writing a new book just for this program, and I’ll be creating a support journal to help people make the most of our workouts.

Wouldn't it be fun to have T-Tappers in cities around the country working the phone banks for PBS?! I'll be in Nashville meeting with the various PBS station executives from each local station to encourage them to pick up our show. Think good thoughts!! I'm just thrilled with all that's developing!

I'll keep you updated here as things progress!
