Great Stuff I’ve Been Finding On Facebook

I love the connections we make on our forums and on other social networks like Facebook. Lately I’ve been pretty stirred up about Monsanto’s continued assault on our food chain as well as the manipulation of some of our most-loved organic organizations. What we eat and where it comes from is so important! Two of the articles I really like were 7 Most Alakaline Foods and Surprising Food Cures. The first article gives a great run down of the top alkaline foods including their nutrient values and several recipes for each that look delish! The second article has a rundown of great solutions for a variety of health problems that can be resolved with food. What we eat really is our best medicine! That’s one of the reasons I’m so adamant that Monsanto must be stopped when it comes to poisoning our foods and genetically altering them – I think God did a fine job and when it “ain’t broke, don’t fix it!”
I’m also a huge proponent of water – good, clean water. Did you know that fluoride which is added to our municipal water here in the US damages the pineal gland? Shocking!! http://articles.mercola.com/sites/ar...eal-gland.aspx The effect of plastic (and trust me, those water bottles sitting in your hot car are only the tip of the iceberg of that water getting to you and being tainted by plastic) on our bodies is far-reaching and devastating. I try to avoid plastic! (Here’s a great article on 7 Tips to Kick The Plastic Habit http://www.thewelldaily.com/main/art...habit_for_good) About three years ago, I met Todd St. Sure of LifeFactory after we encouraged them to graduate from glass baby bottles to our favorite water bottle style. Todd is a great supporter of T-Tapp and we love our glass water bottles – so much so that everyone in the office got one for Christmas two years ago. It’s so nice to have a stylish option for toting water with you without the concern about plastic. Remember glass, glass, glass! By the way – did you see the new flip tops for LifeFactory’s Glass Water Bottles? http://www.lifefactory.com/ These are great! I was wondering – would you all be interested in being able to buy LifeFactory’s bottles directly from T-Tapp? Send me an email to let me know if you’d like to use a glass water bottle with a silicone sleeve (so you can drop it without having it break!)
