Aside from all the fun we have at the Retreat, one of my favorite things to do is share all my little secrets to help you tweek the moves you already know and show you some new moves you've never seen before!
We've changed the format of the Retreat from years past, I've made it so we all eat together now. This means I can also bring in more speakers for you who talk while we eat dessert. I find many top-notch speakers whom you may not have heard of to share cutting-edge information with you because our Retreats are about educating and elevating everyone!
The Retreat begins this year on October 4th with our Meet and Greet along with the fabulous Goodie Bags we assemble for you (last year some people almost needed an extra suitcase to get home with all their goodies and shopping!) Some people like to come in the day before the Retreat and I've been able to negotiate a reduced room rate for that night too. The Retreat runs through October 7th which includes our announcement of our top inch-loss winners. It's amazing that some people have lost over 30 inches in a weekend -- all while eating, playing, drinking a glass of wine or two, and a workout here and there.
For those who want to wait until Monday to leave, I offer an early morning free bonus workout!
And, if all that isn't enough -- we will be holding our Trainer Certifications starting on Monday. If you stay (or if you're in town), you can help a trainer achieve a dream by attending their certification class! Trainer Certs run through Wednesday and we have people certifying in all different workouts from beginning to advanced! Contact Lauren or Jennifer in our office to reserve a space. There's no fee for these classes but we do want to make sure people are in classes best suited to their experience level.
