Smart is Beautiful!

If you're new to T-Tapp,you might be surprised to know that before I became the best-kept secret in at-home fitness I was a new face developer in the modeling/fashionindustry. For some reason, God gave mean uncanny ability to look at people and know how they are going to age. I also have a deep understanding of how thehuman body works so I can easily tell what someone's natural best-weight (aka set point) is and where they will put on weight. For agencies investing in talent, this was avery valuable skill. For years, I lived out of a suitcase as I traveled to the fashion hot-spots around the globe, lived with teenagers and future supermodels to get them in shape for their shoots, and I learned alot about beauty.
Once you understand the real principles of the business of beauty,you start to realize that Smart is the key to Beautiful. A beautiful woman is someone who feels good, is fit, and is firing on all eight. That's why I'm not a believer in the yell-and-make-people-work-so-hard-they-barf theory of fitness; in my opinion tearing people down "to get through to them" steals from their souls and doesn't make them better people.

This month T-Tapp will be featured in Family Fitness magazine. Chris Powell of ABC TV's Extreme Makeover is on the cover with his wife Heidi. If you've seen Chris' TV show, then you know he, Heidi, and I come from the same school of thought -- hold people accountable but guide them with compassion. Being in the magazine with Chris is very exciting! We have offered readers a free ebook about T-Tapp featuring fourT-Tappers and their stories.
