    Very good post, Kayla! I have just begun "reading" the dvds and I must say, I have gleaned A LOT from doing it!! Best advice I could give is to do just that!

    I have just begun T-tapping and sometimes it makes sense to me, sometimes doesn't. I'm going to sit down and watch it as you suggested. I think that will help me "get it." Anyway, I've already lost 5 inches in the past 10 days doing the best I could.

    I have just started T-Tapping, Basic 15 minute workout. I love it. I found what you shared very true. I have just the book on my nook and find myself going through many times. Each time I find more info/insight. I do want to get the DVD and feel this will help me even more.
