I have had the unhappy surprise of spotting High Fructose Corn Syrup in various condiments recently. It caused me to throw out several items in my refrigerator!! It matters that we PAY ATTENTION!

I can only hope that one day I will come to Safety Harbor and work out with you!

By the way, give Berei a hug! I had no idea she had a heart attack! So very glad she is okay. Saying a prayer for her. She is such an inspiration!

    Hi there -
Can't wait to attend a Beauty Boot Camp - hopefully the October event won't supersede a "winter" event as I could use a little sunshine in January!

    Teresa,
Was stuck in a few airports this week. Re-read some sections of Jean-Pierre Barral's book. Page 8 - "Because joints, muscles, and ligaments share certain nerve centers with particular organs, irritation in an organ can cause a problem in a joint. The inverse also applies: a problem in a joint can set off a problem in an associated organ. Treating either component will help to bring about greater health in the person. Treating both aspects will ensure optimal well being."

Although I don't remember Nancy, I feel like I knew her through T-Tapp. Thank you, Teresa, for a wonderful program! Thanks for sharing Nancy's story. She will be missed by all!

I am so sorry for the loss of Nancy. Thanks for sharing your fond memories of her.

We lost the neighbor who lives right behind us this September; she would have been 48 in October. <Strange head trauma accident while catching a plane at DFW Airport to see her mother> Knowing she's not in the house behind us is still unbelievable.

Why, oh why, are we so stubborn to not start or continue exercise?? Your message gives the other option with its potential circumstances. Thank you for the reminder.

Thank you for sharing about Nancy. My heartfelt sympathy goes out to Brian and all those who knew her. I realized the other day it's his name on all my packages from T-Tapp. May we learn well from her life. And thank you Teresa for providing the forum for us to connect with others as we try to help ourselves be more healthy. It's an incredible place!

Nice to know that she will not be forgotten. Isn't that the important thing?
To have made true friends, to have touched their lives and to be remembered by them when you've gone.
    May she rest in peace.

Thank you Teresa for sharing this precious part of life... death. I didn't know Nancy but I'm sure she was a very special woman (plus she was from BOSTON). The "richer" (inside) people are the one who give without being in the media to let everyone know... as Nancy did for the autistic children and much more.

We come and go. That's life. It's what we do with it that counts. Honoring our body (INSIDE OUT) is a gesture of love we need to do everyday.

Nancy did what she knew best, taking care of kids who have an incredible capacity of loving others.

Thank you again Teresa for this open heart moment...

    Love,

Teresa, sorry for your loss. Losing someone is always a hard thing for everyone. It's even hard when we lose our way during our life journey. Some times we let life get in our own way and we just can't seem to help ourselves. I agree with you that Ttapp is an extended family and we should always feel "ok" about asking our "family" for help.
Thank you for sharing Nancy with us. Your tribute was wonderful.
