Imagine this. A smoothie so good and has pretty much a whole bunch of goodness for your body. This one was 1c almond milk, a few drops peppermint extract, 2 frozen bananas, 3 handfuls baby spinach...add some ice then blend...at the end add 1 tbsp cacao nibs and blend a tiny bit and serve If you have fresh mint you can switch a few leaves of the fresh mint for the extract but I didn't have any. I can sneak in almost half a pound of spinach in this smoothie ...

Being a T-Tapper in my neck of the woods can be a little lonely. I became a trainer so I could meet other like-minded people and help others with their form...something I didn't have available nearby when I started T-Tapping. I've met some wonderful T-Tappers and would love to meet many, many more because that would mean more people finally are exercising smarter rather than harder. So where are you?
