Well, 14 1/2 wks along and I think I can finally start my tapping again. The morning sickness finally started to let up, I've felt good the last 4 days so I think it's actually gone. Boy, did I have a terrible first trimester! With my son it was gone by 11 wks and not nearly so bad. Anyway, we are going to Disney World May 13-17, so the following Monday I'm starting a 4 day BC (longer if I feel I can do it) and then back to a regular regimine. I haven't exercised since 6 wks cuz of being so sick, so I'm really looking forward to it.
The other thing I've noticed is that the alfalfa really helps with swelling! I live in Ft. Lauderdale and it's hot, and now I'll be pregnant all summer again just like I was with my son. I had terrible problems last preg, swollen lower legs and couldn't wear my rings from 4 months on. I have been taking alfalfa, and one day I didn't (I had a suspiscion that it was making my morning sickness worse-it wasn't, by the way) and I couldn't get my rings off by mid-afternoon! The next day I took the alfalfa regularly again (about 6-8 thru out the day) and was back to normal. My ankles still swell a little but not nearly as badly as if I haven't taken it.
