I had intended to do a 14 day bc but ended up doing 9 instead. On the 9th day I couldn't keep my form and I just couldn't do it. I decided that 9 was enough for my first time. I only took three measurements: I lost 1 inch off my chest, 1 off my waist, and 2 off my lower ab.

I am very excited and I am looking forward to receiving hit the floor. If you are new or just getting started hang in there. I haven't exercised like this in years and if I am able to do this you can to.
