I can't believe it! I've lost 4 lbs and 2 1/2 inches! I haven't even purchased the whole system yet! (I'm trying to get DH to buy it for me for mother's day) I've been doing the "try before you buy" exercises and have downloaded all the throttlebox videos and it's working! I'm amazed! I can't wait to get my hands on the whole system and really go for it!
I've been through the whole website over and over, I've read all the newsletter archives and have been reading the forums and I just have to say that I truly believe that everything I've read here is true. It's not hype! I've experienced it for myself!
Question: I've done DD, AL, OIP/HF, Hoe Downs and ttapp twist (although I don't think I'm doing the twist correctly) for about 14 days. Should I start EOD now? Or since I'm not doing all of them, can I keep up this pace? I don't want to overdo it. When I get the videos, how should I start? Does what I've been doing count as a BC?
