I tried a search on this, but nothing came up. My workout clothing is old - at least 10 years of wear on every item I own. Since it has also been awhile since I worked out before tapping, the elastic has started to go on most items. I could replace it, but trust me, these items have seen their day, and its time to move onto something new.

Since I don't need all of the super duper support I used to for jogging and aerobics, I am a C/D cup, what brands of clothing does everyone prefer? I have also noticed a lot of gear specifically designed for less impact oriented activities like yoga. Anyone use this type of clothing. It looks like it would give you excellent range of motion.

Any input greatly appreciated. This stuff is a LOT more expensive than I remember!

Thanks, Elizabeth

Hi Elizabeth,

I have just finished shopping for workout wear for the Beauty Boot Camp this week. My workout wear was no exsisting. I wore old baggy shorts (size 22 and I'm a size 12/14 now) or I wore PJ's. I live in Canada so my shopping may be different. I found great yoga pants for $17.99 at Costco Wholesale and found tops for under $20 at the sports outlet stores.

Here is the link that helped me with lots of workout ideas for safety harbour.

Happy shopping!

I like the moisture wicking fabrics. I just bought some adidas capris at Ross for
$13.00 and they were originally $45. Kohls has great sales on their workout gear and have lots of moisture wicking choices. I like the good stuff but try to keep the cost down.

Just have to put a plug in for Target. The C9 clothes are really nice and inexpensive too. I do have what are labeled as "yoga" tops versus "running" tops. They seem to come in cuter patterns. I don't feel they are enough support alone so I always wear a sports bra with them. Target also has a really cute selection of these as well. I just bought a fuschia and also a grape colored tye dyed style that look pretty cute under tanks. Good luck!
ps - be careful... when you find a store and/or brands you like, it can get a little addicting;)
