Good morning!! I am now on a EOD schedule. :)
Today I did B/R the whole tape.. it was a great work out and I feel GREAT. Tomorrow I was planning on going back to my weight training schedule starting with upper body. For you cross trainers do any of you just use the weights on your upper body or maybe less squats? I really don't want to have bulk on my legs and plan on doing the DD and AL, but I'm not sure how to incorporate them in? I have been reading that some people do them every day. I was just curious as to how some of you work your schedules. Thanks in advance for your input!<img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>
