T-Tapp Updates

The Fox TV show, "Forever Young" with Bill Frank, was filmed this past Saturday and the format, "Fit over 40", was interesting with a panel of women in their 20's, 30's, 40's and one woman at 50 sharing secrets at staying fit. I enjoyed being a part of this show and meeting the other women. Advance announcement will be given through this newsletter as to what day in January it will air. Since it is a national TV show, all of you will be able to view it. Wait until you see how fit the 50+ woman was! She was part of the "Galaxy" competition being televised for ESPN on St. Petersburg Beach. This competition has women of all ages compete in swimsuit, aerobics, evening gown and obstacle course, which isn't easy! One must climb walls, hurdle, rope climb, and more within a certain time frame (very competitive), then put on heels and look good in a swimsuit and evening gown (I would have bruised knees after climbing that wall!). Just being able to complete this type of competition is impressive at any age, but when I discovered that the 50 year old just started her fitness program at age 48, I was double impressed. This confirms my belief that it is never too late to get fit.
New Mini Max Workout Series & Exercises
Finally "Mini Max Workout Series 1-2-3-4" is available! First shipment was yesterday, so if you were waiting until the videos were ready to ship before ordering, the time is now. A lot of you have requested a T-Tapp workout less than 30 minutes long with no instruction and no breaks. Well, the Mini Max Series gives you maximum workouts in minimal time! Each workout has new movements or variation of movements to advance you to the next fitness level. Each video targets a particular area of the body, but each gives you a full body workout. For example, #1 Upper Body/Arms is 18 minutes, #2 Mid-Body/Torso is 25 minutes, #3 Lower Body is 24 minutes, and #4 Lower Body - On the Floor is 28 minutes. Each workout costs $24.95, but for T-Tapp Club members they are only $19.95 each or all four for $70.00, plus $7.50 shipping (offer good through December 15, 1999).
I couldn't believe how much Mini Max #2 fatigued my internal "core" muscles! I filmed #3 right after #2 and lost my balance doing advanced version of Thread the Needle, but I left it in the video for all of you to enjoy (I'm human too!). Please note: you need to know the T-Tapp Total Workout before doing any of the Mini Max workouts or you will be lost. It helps to know Hit the Floor as well for Mini Max #4.
Mini Max workouts can be used in a variety of ways. I designed these videos for those who have limited time to workout. For example, doing #1 on Monday, #2 on Wednesday, #3 on Friday, and #4 on the weekend will give your body a full workout. Or you can do two Mini Max workouts a week to maintain results and allow you to eat whatever you want (great during the holiday season). You can also combine the Mini Max workouts for a new challenge. For example, combine Mini Max #1, #2 or #3 with Hit the Floor will give a great workout. Mini Max #1 with #4 will give you a condensed version of the Total Workout combined with Hit the Floor, but in less time and more advanced. Do Mini Max #3 and #4 on days you want a killer lower body workout. Want awesome arms to wear a spaghetti strap holiday dress? Try doing Mini Max #1 for seven days in a row and watch those triceps tighten and tone! If your party dress is slinky, try combining #2 and #4 together for a week. If you want to focus on the torso area do Mini Max #2 every day for a week. You'll discover how each of the Mini Max workouts will give your body maximum benefits in minimal time - a must for all of us with busy work schedules.
New Moves: Mini Max #1 has a new arm sequence along with advanced versions of existing arm movements. Mini Max #2 has Advanced Hoe Downs along with new movements Eye of The Tiger and Archery Pulls. Mini Max #3 has advanced version of Thread the Needle, Balance Sequence and Lunges, as well as new exercise Gymnastic Stretch. Last of all, Mini Max #4 has three new movements to target the lower body Awesome Legs, Pretzel Twist and Diva Derriere.
The new Women's Fitness Magazine for December/January is out! Be sure to grab this issue and get the new Diva Derriere exercise free (there are five detailed pages explaining this move to point of perfection). I even put a grid over the pictures to assure that alignment principles are followed (they make a BIG difference!). This exercise is one of my invented moves that really targets the glutes! I've never found a more effective exercise for the lower body - you will feel the difference the first time you do it - specifically in the "derriere". Notice on the first page, Women's Fitness quotes that the T-Tapp System will zap women into shape 250% faster than other programs. Now that cooler weather is here, try to get a 20-minute walk in now and then. Do the Primary Back Stretch before the walk and you will be in fat burning right away. Walking is so important for lymphatic pumping and hip/thigh slimming - it is even better than jogging. Not everyone realizes that jogging does not slim the hips, walking does! Actually, the very best way to utilize calories, burn fat and slim hips is by doing a combination of walking and jogging for 30 minutes.
The T-Tapp workout does much more than just burn calories and fat. Within the workout there are 7 copyrighted movements and the first one, called the Primary Back Stretch, is the secret to success for stimulating metabolic rate, opening "neuro-kinetic" flow and creating quick inch loss with any exercise program, even housework!
