Is anyone familiar with the products in "The Wrinkle Cure"??
I saw Dr. Perricone on PBS the other night andit was very interesting--especially the lotion for vericose veins.
He advocates lots of salmon, cantalope and protein with vitimen supplements.
Sounds like it would fit into the GM/MM program just fine.
Any thoughts? iI'd like to hear some results before I try them since they are so expensive--but cheeper than a dermatologist visit :D
Thanks! Arlene

Hi,
I found this thread in a search to learn more about experiences with Dr. P's programs and products and I was curious about the Salmon that is to be eaten everyday. Which I love Salmon, so no problem, but my question is where do you guys buy your Salmon so that you no it doesn't contain the mercury or all the other toxins that is told to be in the seafood today. Do you have an organic source or ???
Thank you,
TJ

Hey There TJ,
I have tried salmon twice and did not like it[xx(] I stopped eating meat approx. 6 months ago but I felt I needed some type of good protein so I just added back fish. I had Talapia last night with some of Emeril's BAM seasoning and it was yummy[:p] I do want to try salmon again. If you can afford it - a GREAT place to buy it is at vitalchoice.com
If anyone has any really good salmon recipes that make it taste not so fishy, please post here.

Dr. Perricone recommends a company called Vital Choice at www.vitalchoice.com
I have ordered the Salmon from there - as have several others on the boards - and have found it to be quite tasty. Apparently - the farm raised Salmon does not have the stuff that the wild Salmon does. I've ordered the filets and the canned skinless/boneless. I've also gotten their blueberries but couldn't tell a difference between the blueberries there and the organic ones that I got from Whole Foods.
