I have always avoided the "low carb" diet because I have a real sweet tooth, but lately prubin and some other posts have me thinking maybe it's a cycle where I crave carbs because I eat so many carbs and so much nonfat, sugarfree, etc.
But I need to find a list of the foods for each day so I can decide if it's doable for me or not. I usually do WW, but I have been stalled at 162 (goal weight was 167) for almost 2 months.
