View Full Version : Pounds results in week 2

I did an 11 day BC for my introduction to T-Tapp. First 4 days I did tape 1 & 2 and the rest were beginner/rehab. I am very proud of myself for getting through the 11 days. I am not in great shape. I am 5'4" and I started out at 231. Nearly two weeks later I am down to 225.5 (at week 1 I was stable @ 229). I have been doing WW since 1/13 and was stuck at 230 plus or minus a pound or two. I made it over the plateau!! Yeah!!

I will measure today, but I don't know if that's a great idea. It's that TOM and I think I am bloating. I can see more definition in my arms (fat loss, I hope since I have had decent muscles there, just couldn't see them through the fat), my DH even commented on that last weekend. It should be interesting to see the measuring results on my thighs. I am a classic short torso/long leg with fat pouches on my inner thighs. They are starting to melt away.

I have also noticed that I sweat a lot more than I used to when I started out. Hopefully that's my body clearing out some toxins that it wasn't functioning well enough to do before.
