Do any of you still lift weights? Why or why not? I am on day 6 of a 14 day BC. I want to start my walking up again, but was wondering if I should or need to add my weight lifting back in. I was getting pretty bulky. BTW. I love this workout. Really feel the burn.<img src=icon_smile_tongue.gif border=0 align=middle>
