MM/GM info.?

I just received my t-tapp total work-out package in the mail today, and haven't watched every tape, but I keep reading on these forums about GM/MM (god-made/man-made.) Where is this dietary info. written down? Or do I only get it from the website? Thank you in advance for your help!
