I'm finishing my 1st day and haven't had any calcium. I know they're in dark leafy greens I didn't eat THAT many to count enough for a day's worth of calcium.
I found a plain yogurt with only 16 carbs per serv. The lowest I found so far. Would it be okay on fruit for dessert?
Your thoughts....I don't want to blow it but osteoporosis runs in my family and calcium's a big concern.
can't wait to be a size 8
