Okay, I'm on WW and have lost 30lbs, 10lbs more to go. Wanted to try this GM/MM plan because I've been hungry alot lately and eating alot of carbs because I thought they were filling (they were MM carbs though....)
Today I've had so far:
1 egg & 3 egg whites with:
1 sl. cheese
1c spinach & yellow bell peppers
snack: dried bing cherries & cashews
Lunch: Huge salad w/spinach, romaine, tomatoes, yellow bell peppers, carrots, cucumbers
1/2c garbanzo beans
1oz chicken breast
1/2oz goat cheese
Good Seasons Salad Dressing (2Tbs)
8 glasses water...so far
I haven't been hungry at all today. When I had my snack late this morning, I wasn't hungry, but I wasn't going to be back at home for another hour so I ate it to avoid being starving. I can't believe how satisfying this is.
For those of you familiar with WW, I have had 13 points today so far and I haven't had the urge to hit the fridge!!!
