It's the middle of the summer here in Florida and sometimes the last thing I want to do is brush the skin that has been causing my clothing to stick to me all day before I jump into the shower that is calling me like a siren.

However, I have noticed recently that the more I brush the more I lose the water retention that I tend to retain throughout the day.

Now, I am a FAITHFUL Premium Blended Alfalfa (https://store.t-tapp.com/products/Premium-Blended-Alfalfa.html) user. I can measure the difference of water Alfalfa takes off of me. When I was pregnant, I could measure a 1/4 inch loss of water in each calf within 30 minutes of taking my treasured Alfalfa.

Recently, I have become more diligent with my brushing and I have noticed I do not have to take NEAR as much as Alfalfa when I brush 2 times a day - morning and night! I am losing faster in my inner thighs and torso (where I hold most of my water weight AND my most stubborn areas) and, I have to say, I think it's the brushing!

For anyone in the midst of a plateau or for those of you, like me, who retain water every time you put any type of carbohydrate/sugar food in your mouth - TRY upping your brushing and let me know how you do!

Don't know about the CRT Skin Tightening and Cellulite Removal System? Check it out by clicking this link here: https://store.t-tapp.com/products/CRT-Skin-Tightening-System-DVD.html (https://store.t-tapp.com/products/CRT-Skin-Tightening-System-DVD.html)

Need to clean your brush? Special tip: Use T-Tapp's Grapefruit Essential Oil (https://store.t-tapp.com/products/Grapefruit-Essential-Oil.html). Besides making a refreshing summer drink, Grapefruit Essential Oil is incredible for cleaning your brush because essential oils are naturally anti-fungal and anti-bacteria. Plus, at only $8.00 it is a complete steal! Take a mister and mix a bit of water and Grapefruit Essential Oil and lightly mist your brush. Lay your brush bristles up to dry and voila - clean, sweat-free brush! ;)

NOTE: Replace your brush every 3-6 months for optimal results!

I'm going to start brushing twice a day. I'll let you know if I see a difference. Thanks!

Thanks for sharing, Lauren!

And thanks also for the info on cleaning the brush! I used to put a few drops on my palm and brush across it, but I like the mister idea, too!

I'm so glad you mentioned brush replacement, I was wondering about that. Thanks too for the cleaning tips!

I keep resisting the idea of brushing more than once a day, but I guess I'll have to let that go and just DO IT!!!! :)

I can become very persistent with new habits so the twice daily brushing is working out but have difficulty with the alfalfa and fibertox, I'm working to get taking these twice a day baby steps!

I heard the idea of brushing twice a day, but I keep forgetting at night. Thanks for sharing your story because I'm sure it would make a difference here!

Thanks for writing! Brushing a second time is a small time committment for the money savings of taking fewer alfalfa, actually! Gonna give it a try! :)

A question about brushing. I'm planning to buy the instructions. Do I need to buy the DVD or is the brochure enough?

Brochure is enough, but I like the dvd. You get some bonus moves on there, too! :)

I agree with Trisch, the brochure is enough, but if you're like me who likes to watch something done first, then the DVD is very nice. And there are 3 bonus moves! :D

I would love the DVD but I've recently spent so much for the TWO so since you both agree that the brochure is enough, that's what I'm going with :). I'm also starting the GM eating program tomorrow since I've already "cheated" today. Wish me luck! Thank you so much Trisch and Abbie :)

Hi, thanks for the info about brushing twice daily. I've noticed a big difference in water retention when I brush.....I just need to do it every day. I don't know if you can answer this question or not, but have you heard of anyone who is allergic to alfalfa(like it bothers me when it's being harvested and in animal food) and able to take the alfalfa pills? Thanks in advance for any info.
