I just spoke with a woman who was so sad about her bra line that I wanted to reach through the phone and give her a BIG hug. This woman had yet to start the T-Tapp Workout, but was so upset about the way her chest had seem to deflate after giving birth and breastfeeding three babies. I was able to give her some hope and I hope this post will help someone else as well. Let's face it, we ALL need a little motivation sometimes!

Ever take a walk down memory lane and think wistfully back to the days that you didn't have to wear a bra or how much perkier your bust-line was before you breastfed one or more children?

It is entirely possible to perk your pecs without surgery with just the T-Tapp Workout ALONE. The proof is in the pudding! Take a look at these pictures:

I often encourage my clients to look through previous winners of the 30 and 60 Day T-Tapp Challenge's for uplifts. In these side-by-side before and after comparison's you can SEE how much doing the T-Tapp workout consistently helps to restructure your body.

To get yourself, and your skin, bathing suit and spaghetti strap season ready try this tip: Put an extra brush in your office, car or by where you watch TV at night. Make an extra effort to brush your areas of concern. I personally keep an extra brush at the office that I use to brush my décolletage and neck and since I have started doing this, I have noticed the significant difference it makes in my skin. My favorite motivation for CRT Body Brushing Success is this story from Michelle P (http://www.t-tapp.com/affiliate/idevaffiliate.php?id=101_40_3_37). Every time I look at her story I am SO motivated. I hope that her success story will inspire you to keep on brushing daily. Results from brushing take time and are slower, but they are steady. If you have never heard of skin brushing and want tighter, smoother skin check out Teresa's CRT Skin Tightening System (http://www.t-tapp.com/affiliate/idevaffiliate.php?id=101_16_3_35).

However, when you really want to give your body an extra boost in skin tightening the Skin Saver Series (http://www.t-tapp.com/affiliate/idevaffiliate.php?id=101_44_3_43) product line is where you need to look. The Skin Saver Series (http://www.t-tapp.com/affiliate/idevaffiliate.php?id=101_44_3_43) was created to specifically to aid in the development of skin elasticity and it really does just that. Using Skin Saver Body with a couple of extra drops of the Skin Saver Solution to really boost the elasticity will really help to tighten up the skin between the bra and the armpit. You can boost your results even more by using this great Skin Saver Mask recipe specifically created for skin tightening utilizing the Skin Saver Series products. Click here (http://www.t-tapp.com/affiliate/idevaffiliate.php?id=101_45_3_44) to download the PDF for this Skin Saver Mask recipe or email Lauren@t-tapp.com and I will email it to you.

TAKE YOUR ALFALFA. If you are looking for skin tightening, Premium Blended Alfalfa (http://www.t-tapp.com/affiliate/idevaffiliate.php?id=101_14_3_12) is one of the BEST things you can put into your mouth. Alfalfa has been clinically proven to reverse the signs of aging in the skin and promote skin elasticity.

Lauren, I was wondering I listened to a conference call that you had with other trainers. One of you were talking about the differences between Skin Saver body is just a daily moisturizer and Blow your Buns will help tighten. Would be best to only use Blow your Buns on chest, buns, tummy for loose skin? I have been very frustrated about these ares because of the stretching that has been done after having 5 kids. I am hoping that this post will make me feel motivated again.

Not Lauren here :) but I have only used the SS Body with good results on the buns and tummy (plus the salt masks).

I've lost in the bust area, too, between nursing 9 dc and losing weight. I know I won't be perky like a teen again ;) but I also have noticed some uplifting through the past year of really working on lifting ribs and curling my core (as well as getting my arms behind my ears on over-the-head moves!)

I'll be interested to see what Lauren or anyone might recommend for the BYB oil. I might have to try it! :)

Yes, I am hoping to hear more on this too! I'm fighting loose tummy skin, with crinkles around my belly button! Do I need to re-brush the area extra during my brushing routine?? And I have been using BYB oil, but I'm not sure if its helping in this area.

Jean, I do some circles and extra strokes on my areas of concern. That's where I concentrate the salt masks, too.

I never had results with BYB oils, but I do like the salt masks with SS. I have heard of others who have had results with BYB oil though.

I heard that BYB isn't permanent though. So would the salt masks and SS be better as it will "feed" the skin and work to actually soften and smooth it out?

You have to think of BYB oil like a firming cream and SSB is a daily moisturizer. Just like all things T-Tapp, consistency is key when using BYB oil. Using BYB oil the results will eventually effect your skin permanently. You are still pushing these essential firming oils into your skin and, therefore, creating a permanent effect.

If you want to feed the skin, you want to start internally with Premium Blended Alfalfa. Proven to reverse aging? I'll take it! :)

So are you saying to put SSB directly on the skin, like a moisturizer? I thought it was to be mixed with salt? I am not having much success with the salt masks because our tub is not a soaking tub. Someone recommended mixing the SSB with coconut oil and applying that like a moisturizer. Is this helpful? Or should I just apply the SSB directly? (I'm looking for help with loose underarm skin after losing seventy plus pounds in the past several years and forty of those in the past year.) I am using BYB on neck every day for that loose skin. Thanks!

Donna, you can use just the SSB as a lotion, OR you can mix it with salt for a mask. I don't soak in the tub for the masks--I do them in the shower. You mix the SSB, if desired, the dead sea salt, and whatever other goodies (I use aloe vera gel) to dissolve it a bit and put that on your target areas. Leave on 5-20 minutes, shower off, moisturize and be on your way!

Hope that helps clear the confusion!

Donna, are you seeing any results with the BYB on your neck? That's my number 1 area of concern now. (You can hide anything else with your clothes, my face is looking good, but then I have this turkey neck that just screams OLD!)

The funny thing about BYB on my neck (for three weeks now everyday with blow dryer) is that the rest of my neck looks better--smoother, younger, etc., but the little wrinkles that I am trying to get rid of only look slightly better. I rub excess on my fingers on up the sides of my neck and chin line (after rubbing more intently on the wrinkly area), and my jaw line and rest of my neck look great! Agghh...I just want to get rid of the wrinkles in the middle! LOL! So, yes, it is helping, but not where I want it to as dramatically as I had hoped. But I am going to continue.

I do it like this:

MORNING:

(1) Brush my neck and face (face brush on face, body brush on neck); (2) Shower or wash neck/face; (3) Pat dry but not fully; (4) Rub BYB on neck wrinkle area intently and rub any excess on my fingers on other areas of neck; (5) Do blow dryer for ten seconds or so on high heat

EVENING:

Either same as above or if absolutely slammed, just brush neck quick, rub BYB, blow dry, and go to bed!

Hey, a little more on this... I am just learning about the various skin treatments. What are "Salt Masks"??? And do you do them only in problem areas or all over?
